    Mary Fodell Founder & Director

    Mary is a retired Grosse Pointe Public Schools art teacher with degrees in education and administration.  As a mother of a special needs daughter, Mary knows of the challenge facing these young adults to live independently in our community.  Seeing the need for transitional support for families with children with special needs, Mary envisioned a partnership between the schools and our community to provide such support.  Thus, she became the inspiration for Full Circle Foundation.

  • Karl Kratz
    Karl Kratz Founder & Director

    Karl is a retired automotive group executive director with Henkel Inc. headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany.  He is a long time member of the Grosse Pointe communities, serving as a councilman for the Village of Grosse Pointe Shores and as an officer for the Grosse Pointe Shores Improvement Foundation. He also was a Grosse Pointe Public School Board Trustee.  He now serves Full Circle Foundation as treasurer, and is providing organizational strategy and fund raising activities to support the Foundation.

  • Bill Mestdagh
    Bill Mestdagh Director

    Bill is the President of Frontier3 Advertising in Grosse Pointe Park and has degrees in business, marketing, and automotive marketing. In addition to his Frontier3 Advertising duties, Bill is also involved in real estate within the Grosse Pointes as well as Macomb County. As a lifelong resident of Grosse Pointe, he and his wife Cathy have been very active in the community for years within many school and sports organizations. Bill’s main duties for the foundation are in the areas of marketing, fundraising, advertising, and program development.

  • Terry Cramer
    Terry Cramer Director

    Terry comes to Full Circle with a business and legal background as well as a history of being an advocate for people with special needs. As an attorney, he acts as General Counsel to a number of companies. As a businessman, he currently owns a retail business as well as a business advisory firm working with entrepreneurial businesses. As an advocate he has been active with Special Olympics Michigan for many years and has just completed nine years on their Board of Directors, six of which were on the Executive Committee serving in many capacities up to and including two years as Chair of the Board. He is excited about bringing his experience to the programs at Full Circle and will work on Strategic and Operational Planning as well as Organizational Governance and development as the organization continues to expand.

  • Bob Graziani
    Bob Graziani Director

    Bob is a shareholder with the law firm of Howard & Howard.  His principal areas of practice include business law, commercial litigation, complex insurance coverage matters and alternative dispute resolution..  He is admitted to practice in both Michigan and Ohio, and professional accomplishments include the prestigious Michigan Super Lawyers, the D Business Top Lawyers, and Leading Lawyers in Michigan.   He has been an active participant to the community, having served on the Planning Commission, Grosse Pointe Township Clerk and Trustee, Village Clerk, and a City Council Member for Grosse Pointe Shores.  He is actively involved and supports Special Olympics. Bob believes he has been blessed and is very fortunate to be able to give back and help those with special needs.  His goal is to encourage others to do the same.

  • Mark R. Weber Ph.D.
    Mark R. Weber Ph.D. Director

    Mark is the former President of the Grosse Pointe War Memorial Association and served in that capacity for over 30 years.   He received his BA, MS and PhD. from Indiana University. His academic emphasis was in Higher Education Administration.  He also served as an assistant professor Indiana before moving to Grosse Pointe to become the second President of the War Memorial.

    Mark has served on many community boards over the years and has vigorously championed the Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods communities.

    Currently, Mark serves on the Ascension St. John Hospital Holley Ear Institute board .  He is also is a board member of the Grosse Pointe Youth Nautical Education Foundation and the Grosse Pointe Rotary Foundation.

    Past boards include:  The Fowler Center, Grosse Pointe Rotary,  Commodore, Grosse Pointe Yacht Club and various others.

    Marks vast experience in facilitating the changing needs and interests of our community through his tenured leadership at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial will help make Full Circle Foundation continue to succeed in furthering its important mission in our community.

    Sue Banner Administrative Coordinator

    Sue is a retired administrator from Grosse Pointe Public Schools where she worked for eighteen years. She has been involved with the Full Circle Foundation since the beginning. During her career with Grosse Pointe Public Schools she was a Teacher Consultant for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Principal at Barnes Early Childhood Center, and Supervisor of programs for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Cognitive Impairment. In her early career she worked for Macomb County Community Mental Health and Detroit Public Schools. After receiving her Bachelor Degree in Special Education, Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling, she eventually completed her Education Specialist Degree in Special Education from Eastern Michigan University.
